Thanks to Trustpilot they were able to contact me successfully I have now resolved the licensing issue with the help of their support department. Who replied to my initial query on the same day I submitted it. And have gone out of their way to ensure the issue was resolved,

GBI had to do a complete computer reset… I had to do a complete computer reset and of course lost certain applications but I wasn't worried because everything was backed up to an external hard drive. When I reloaded my apps. by Digiarty (WinX) the license (which was several years old) wasn't accepted, so I got in touch with their Customer Service. Next day they sent me a new license in place of the old one. These guys stand by their word!

GBIncurred a problem with the new AI Upscaler Incurred a problem with the new AI Upscaler. Contacted Support by e-mail over the New Year period not expecting any response until the end of the holidays. Contact continued into New Years Day and the problem was solved (as simple as updating my GPU Drivers so probably down to me). What can I say but service beyond expectations. Incidentally I've found the Win X family of products excellent to use and this was the first issue I've had over those six years.
