stay away from this site This site is nothing but a scam, they tell you you get a free trial and all the steps to take except where the terms of use are, and because of this you will then be charged for a month's fee with no refund even if you cancel on the first day of the charges. Oh and they charge you for cancelling as well. They have nothing worth viewing, they get you into their site by movie searches and hint that the movie you are looking for is there when it is not. The movies they have are nothing but crap. This website should be shut down for false advertisement at the very least. To bad I had to give them a one star rating as they do not even deserve that.

Unauthorized charges I discovered that cinamuse had been charging my credit card a monthly fee without my authorization. I tried calling 4 times, using every menu option, to speak with someone in their customer service department. I was disconnected every time--don't bother trying to reach customer service, they don't actually want to help you. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau, but I'm sure that won't concern cinamuse; they're not BBB accredited anyway.

Cinemuse IS A SCAM Cinemuse IS A SCAM. They lie about everything. They popped up when I was looking for a movie. They said instantly you get to stream but after u give them ur info they redirect u to pages of offers but heres the caper, after doing all of that, the movie that you want is not even featured nd they're not free smh someone needs to close this site down. The lies just kept coming. I tried to cancel my subscription and it said they didnt have any active subscription under that email, yeah okay thats AFTER they have my card number!! This is a complete scam!! Disgusting!!

SCAM - SCAM - SCAM - SCAM....OH and operator a Bitch! I was looking for one episode of CSI.....I googled it and low and behold Cinamuse was advertised as a place I could watch it. Signed up for the 5 day free trial, and as soon when I searched for the edpisode they didn't have ANY episode of CSI.....FALSE ADVERTISEMENT to get you to sign up. I called back right away and canceled....I was told I would get an email, but of course I forgot about it till I looked at my checking account and saw the charge. Called and explained I canceled and the bitch told me she would not refund my money because I didn't have a ticket #. She gave me false email address to contact someone else, and just really didn't like the fact that I was American. Company is based out of London England.........DO NOT SUBSRCRIBE!

Cinamuse Don't know how/where/when I signed up for this. I cancelled last month using their automated service (btw, never used the service, didn't even know what it was). Then was charged again this month. When I called to have the charges reversed at first the rep with an accent tried to argue with me, then reversed charges for the last three months. Hopefully I am done with this scam business.
