Unauthorized charges I discovered that cinamuse had been charging my credit card a monthly fee without my authorization. I tried calling 4 times, using every menu option, to speak with someone in their customer service department. I was disconnected every time--don't bother trying to reach customer service, they don't actually want to help you. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau, but I'm sure that won't concern cinamuse; they're not BBB accredited anyway.

Luckily I checked with Trustpilot. I entered all my details on the Cinamuse online form and was about to press the button to send them,when something told me to check them out first.I Googled them and came up with the Trustpilot reviews,among others.I'm lucky I did, judging by the reviews.What a bunch of scumbags.

WOW!!! I am so glad I looked into reviews about this site before giving my credit card number. I'm sad that so many have had to go thru so much for using this site, but I appreciate the time you've taken to prevent others from having to go thru the same. Gotta LUV the internet!!!

SCAM This site is a SCAM! Tried to discontinue services , Have not been able to reach anyone to discontinue! I am being robbed of 40,00 per month, for something I never received a trial basis on!! One unhappy person!
