I too was charged $39.95 by this SCAM Company!!!! I too had a $39.95 charge on my Master Card. I had never heard of this company before. I had to cancel my card and get another, waiting 7-10 days for a replacement card and still have not gotten reimbursed by my bank. Thanks a lot Cinamuse for all the hassle!! What a worthless Company....!!!!!!....TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!!

Unauthorized charges I discovered that cinamuse had been charging my credit card a monthly fee without my authorization. I tried calling 4 times, using every menu option, to speak with someone in their customer service department. I was disconnected every time--don't bother trying to reach customer service, they don't actually want to help you. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau, but I'm sure that won't concern cinamuse; they're not BBB accredited anyway.

Never ever use this site ! This is a Fraud website !!!! Total Fraud & Cheaters These are Fraudster, Never ever provide your credit card details to these fraudsters. They say free trial, but later they charge the amount from your CC. It will be continued for next month also, if you do not block your credit card. They can also use your cc details for other transactions. I had to block my credit card after they deducted 2300 INR.

Luckily I checked with Trustpilot. I entered all my details on the Cinamuse online form and was about to press the button to send them,when something told me to check them out first.I Googled them and came up with the Trustpilot reviews,among others.I'm lucky I did, judging by the reviews.What a bunch of scumbags.
