Luckily I checked with Trustpilot. I entered all my details on the Cinamuse online form and was about to press the button to send them,when something told me to check them out first.I Googled them and came up with the Trustpilot reviews,among others.I'm lucky I did, judging by the reviews.What a bunch of scumbags.

SCAM This site is a SCAM! Tried to discontinue services , Have not been able to reach anyone to discontinue! I am being robbed of 40,00 per month, for something I never received a trial basis on!! One unhappy person!

Cinamuse Don't know how/where/when I signed up for this. I cancelled last month using their automated service (btw, never used the service, didn't even know what it was). Then was charged again this month. When I called to have the charges reversed at first the rep with an accent tried to argue with me, then reversed charges for the last three months. Hopefully I am done with this scam business.

SCAM SCAM Awful SCAMMERS took £40 out of my bank account claims to be a free website when you sign up but they take money out of your account do not use.

Unauthorized charges I discovered that cinamuse had been charging my credit card a monthly fee without my authorization. I tried calling 4 times, using every menu option, to speak with someone in their customer service department. I was disconnected every time--don't bother trying to reach customer service, they don't actually want to help you. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau, but I'm sure that won't concern cinamuse; they're not BBB accredited anyway.
