GBSCAM - SCAM - SCAM - SCAM....OH and operator a Bitch! I was looking for one episode of CSI.....I googled it and low and behold Cinamuse was advertised as a place I could watch it. Signed up for the 5 day free trial, and as soon when I searched for the edpisode they didn't have ANY episode of CSI.....FALSE ADVERTISEMENT to get you to sign up. I called back right away and canceled....I was told I would get an email, but of course I forgot about it till I looked at my checking account and saw the charge. Called and explained I canceled and the bitch told me she would not refund my money because I didn't have a ticket #. She gave me false email address to contact someone else, and just really didn't like the fact that I was American. Company is based out of London England.........DO NOT SUBSRCRIBE!

KRSCAM!!! SCAM!!!! Nothing there. I had to report the loss of my credit card to avoid being charged. But they are still trying to charge it to the void credit card regularly. So DISGUSTING.

GBLuckily I checked with Trustpilot. I entered all my details on the Cinamuse online form and was about to press the button to send them, when something told me to check them out first.I Googled them and came up with the Trustpilot reviews, among others.I'm lucky I did, judging by the reviews. What a bunch of scumbags.

GBUnauthorized charges I discovered that cinamuse had been charging my credit card a monthly fee without my authorization. I tried calling 4 times, using every menu option, to speak with someone in their customer service department. I was disconnected every time--don't bother trying to reach customer service, they don't actually want to help you. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau, but I'm sure that won't concern cinamuse; they're not BBB accredited anyway.
