GBI originally was trying to purchase… I originally was trying to purchase tickets in one row --when I went to pay they said they were gone. I quickly purchased tickets in another row - then saw that the original ones were available. After contacting customer service here they immediately helped me get the tickets I wanted. Service was great!!

GBUsually not sketchy Usually not sketchy I've been using TodayTix to see an average of one show a month for over a year now, and they're usually OK. The prices are great. Sometimes though, it's worth calling the venue to see if they can match the prices, because when you book directly through the venue it's often possible to cancel and reschedule whereas TodayTix charges for the privilege.

I reached out to the customer service and Alejandra explained to me initially how my ticket was non refundable however upon my request he issued me a full credit for being a loyal member of TodayTix.
