USExcellent customer service for refund I booked my tickets for a show and a day before I got brutally sick with a flu virus. I reached out to the customer service and Alejandra explained to me initially how my ticket was non refundable however upon my request he issued me a full credit for being a loyal member of TodayTix. USUsually not sketchy Usually not sketchy I've been using TodayTix to see an average of one show a month for over a year now, and they're usually OK. The prices are great. Sometimes though, it's worth calling the venue to see if they can match the prices, because when you book directly through the venue it's often possible to cancel and reschedule whereas TodayTix charges for the privilege.

CAI cannot say enough amazing words I cannot say enough amazing words about our experience. We purchased tickets to a show after planning a one month trip ending in London. We were so excited and then got news my husband needed surgery and possibly cancer related. We had to cancel everything including our theatre tickets. I reached out to see if we could get a credit with hopes to return in the next year. In no time I received an email saying they would reach out to the venue. A few minutes later I received a credit. We are so thankful for the amazing response and outcome. Something positive we can look forward to ❤️❤️❤️
