I cannot say enough amazing words I cannot say enough amazing words about our experience. We purchased tickets to a show after planning a one month trip ending in London. We were so excited and then got news my husband needed surgery and possibly cancer related. We had to cancel everything including our theatre tickets. I reached out to see if we could get a credit with hopes to return in the next year. In no time I received an email saying they would reach out to the venue. A few minutes later I received a credit. We are so thankful for the amazing response and outcome. Something positive we can look forward to ❤️❤️❤️

Excellent customer service ! This was not the first time I have bought ticket thru today tix. I had tickets for a show at 2pm today and have been having some unfortunate family problems and could not attend. I emailed them and they were overly kind and issued me a credit for future list. One of my go to places for tickets I have been using TodayTix for the past couple of years and feel like I get a very good deal on shows that I love. Because the prices are reasonable - some are amazing- I have felt like I could take a chance on a lesser known or new show. Almost all have been wonderful. Thank you for this service!

I originally was trying to purchase… I originally was trying to purchase tickets in one row --when I went to pay they said they were gone. I quickly purchased tickets in another row - then saw that the original ones were available. After contacting customer service here they immediately helped me get the tickets I wanted. Service was great!!

WHAT A PLEASURE!… TodayTix makes it posssible for me to see theater. Today's prices are so exorbitant I would not be able to attend any of the shows I wish to see if not for TodayTix. I don't have to pay to be a TodayTix "member" or show any proof that I am a senior, worked for a non-profit etc. I have bought almost all the tickets for shows I have seen this season from TodayTix. I print the tickets at home the day before the show. What a pleasure to do business with this companny
