We are loyal users of this site and buy… We are loyal users of this site and buy tickets etc . We are totally frustrated with the lottery for ticket and have never been able to get seats . Given the amount we have outplayed and the email trails every lottery that comes we are wasting our time and effort . The most frustrating process we have seen hardly rewarding loyalty . Not worth the effort and expectation .

WHAT A PLEASURE!… TodayTix makes it posssible for me to see theater. Today's prices are so exorbitant I would not be able to attend any of the shows I wish to see if not for TodayTix. I don't have to pay to be a TodayTix "member" or show any proof that I am a senior, worked for a non-profit etc. I have bought almost all the tickets for shows I have seen this season from TodayTix. I print the tickets at home the day before the show. What a pleasure to do business with this companny

Excellent customer service for refund I booked my tickets for a show and a day before I got brutally sick with a flu virus. I reached out to the customer service and Alejandra explained to me initially how my ticket was non refundable however upon my request he issued me a full credit for being a loyal member of TodayTix. I had a great experience and thanks to him I won’t cringe the next time I book my shows,

First time buyer & boy did they deliver!! Great Deal on tix!! First time buyer and boy did they deliver!! Saw Harry Potter and the cursed child on Broadway. It was truly magical and funny and scary and just amazing!! Selected seats from map and sat exactly where expected Row B aisle center orchestra seats!! Albus & Skorpious sprayed water on us we were so close. Cost us only $120 a seat!!! Can't remember last time I had such prime seating for that price. I highly recommend todaytix & the Harry Potter show. It's a must see! I would have given 5 stars but waiting till day before actual show date for tix to be emailed was a bit concerning. But everything worked out fine.

I needed one more ticket for… Realized I needed one more ticket for "Water For Elephants" this morning, so I reached out through the contact help email and within a couple of hours I received an email stating that even though I did not have a refund exemption purchased when I bought my 2 tickets...they would offer a 100% voucher for future purchase. I received that voucher in minutes and was able to buy 3 tickets for the same show so we will all be sitting together. Thank you, Alejandra, for your quick response and doing me good. You're the BEST!!!
