It was truly magical and funny and scary and just amazing!! Selected seats from map and sat exactly where expected Row B aisle center orchestra seats!! Albus & Skorpious sprayed water on us we were so close. Cost us only $120 a seat!!! Can't remember last time I had such prime seating for that price. I highly recommend todaytix & the Harry Potter show. It's a must see! I would have given 5 stars but waiting till day before actual show date for tix to be emailed was a bit concerning. But everything worked out fine.

Excellent customer service from Alejandra! Alejandra was my Customer Experience Representative. I had tried to place an order but for whatever reason by card would not go through. I tried other charge cards and was getting frustrated as I know the cards had not reached their limit. I called customer service and they were only able to help out customers with immediate questions regarding tickets purchased for that evening, etc. So I reached out to customer service via email and Alejandra got back to me immediately and helped me place my order! I was thrilled that I did not loose my tickets!!! They were good seats! Thanks Alejandra! I wish all customer service reps were as speedy and caring and had great follow through as you!!!

Can't use promo code I had a promo code to avoid additional fees and there was no place to put the promo code before I purchased the tickets. Therefore I was stuck with the fees.

Excellent customer service ! This was not the first time I have bought ticket thru today tix. I had tickets for a show at 2pm today and have been having some unfortunate family problems and could not attend. I emailed them and they were overly kind and issued me a credit for future list. I HIGHLY recommend today tix for your ticket needs! Jennifer from customer service responded promptly and ever so kindly.

Usually not sketchy Usually not sketchy I've been using TodayTix to see an average of one show a month for over a year now, and they're usually OK. The prices are great. Sometimes though, it's worth calling the venue to see if they can match the prices, because when you book directly through the venue it's often possible to cancel and reschedule whereas TodayTix charges for the privilege.
