GBI paid an extra $120 for 2 tickets so… I paid an extra $120 for 2 tickets so that I could have the option to return our tickets or change my mind on what show I wanted to see. I didn't realize it was a "voucher" and not really a return. I think it's unclear when you purchase that option and that should be made clearer. Jennifer was really helpful and immediately took care of me, and it was Sunday. She was very helpful.

GBI needed one more ticket for… Realized I needed one more ticket for "Water For Elephants" this morning, so I reached out through the contact help email and within a couple of hours I received an email stating that even though I did not have a refund exemption purchased when I bought my 2 tickets...they would offer a 100% voucher for future purchase. I received that voucher in minutes and was able to buy 3 tickets for the same show so we will all be sitting together. Thank you, Alejandra, for your quick response and doing me good. You're the BEST!!!

CAI cannot say enough amazing words I cannot say enough amazing words about our experience. We purchased tickets to a show after planning a one month trip ending in London. We were so excited and then got news my husband needed surgery and possibly cancer related. We had to cancel everything including our theatre tickets. I reached out to see if we could get a credit with hopes to return in the next year. In no time I received an email saying they would reach out to the venue. A few minutes later I received a credit. We are so thankful for the amazing response and outcome. Something positive we can look forward to ❤️❤️❤️

GBExcellent customer service from Alejandra! Alejandra was my Customer Experience Representative. I had tried to place an order but for whatever reason by card would not go through. I tried other charge cards and was getting frustrated as I know the cards had not reached their limit. I called customer service and they were only able to help out customers with immediate questions regarding tickets purchased for that evening, etc. So I reached out to customer service via email and Alejandra got back to me immediately and helped me place my order! I was thrilled that I did not loose my tickets!!! They were good seats! Thanks Alejandra! I wish all customer service reps were as speedy and caring and had great follow through as you!!!

GBgreat service Often use the site for cheap day tickets. Due to travel disruption we missed a show we had really wanted to see. Customer service really helped us out and provided a great solution. Big thanks to Marika who made a stressful, unpleasant solution just a bit easier for us.
