GBCan't use promo code I had a promo code to avoid additional fees and there was no place to put the promo code before I purchased the tickets. Therefore I was stuck with the fees.

GBI originally was trying to purchase… I originally was trying to purchase tickets in one row --when I went to pay they said they were gone. I quickly purchased tickets in another row - then saw that the original ones were available. After contacting customer service here they immediately helped me get the tickets I wanted. Service was great!!

GBPhone contact for resolution I use this app often for tickets and the digital lotteries and rush. Recently, I have had a few issues with shows. The most recent was frustrating because the way to contact is chat and with that the chat workers are not able to help with resolving much outside of the strictest of rules. When I finally got someone on the chat to give me a phone number, I spoke with Jennifer. She was very helpful and restored my faith in using Today Tix by finding a creative way to solve the problem. Ticket protection seems nice to have but sometimes emergencies happen within 24 hours of showtime and then it is useless.

GBFirst time buyer & boy did they deliver!! Great Deal on tix!! First time buyer and boy did they deliver!! Saw Harry Potter and the cursed child on Broadway. It was truly magical and funny and scary and just amazing!! Selected seats from map and sat exactly where expected Row B aisle center orchestra seats!! Albus & Skorpious sprayed water on us we were so close. Cost us only $120 a seat!!! Can't remember last time I had such prime seating for that price. I highly recommend todaytix & the Harry Potter show. It's a must see! I would have given 5 stars but waiting till day before actual show date for tix to be emailed was a bit concerning. But everything worked out fine.

CAI cannot say enough amazing words I cannot say enough amazing words about our experience. We purchased tickets to a show after planning a one month trip ending in London. We were so excited and then got news my husband needed surgery and possibly cancer related. We had to cancel everything including our theatre tickets. I reached out to see if we could get a credit with hopes to return in the next year. In no time I received an email saying they would reach out to the venue. A few minutes later I received a credit. We are so thankful for the amazing response and outcome. Something positive we can look forward to ❤️❤️❤️
