GBPhone contact for resolution I use this app often for tickets and the digital lotteries and rush. Recently, I have had a few issues with shows. The most recent was frustrating because the way to contact is chat and with that the chat workers are not able to help with resolving much outside of the strictest of rules. When I finally got someone on the chat to give me a phone number, I spoke with Jennifer. She was very helpful and restored my faith in using Today Tix by finding a creative way to solve the problem. Ticket protection seems nice to have but sometimes emergencies happen within 24 hours of showtime and then it is useless.

GBCan't use promo code I had a promo code to avoid additional fees and there was no place to put the promo code before I purchased the tickets. Therefore I was stuck with the fees.

AUWe are loyal users of this site and buy… We are loyal users of this site and buy tickets etc . We are totally frustrated with the lottery for ticket and have never been able to get seats . Given the amount we have outplayed and the email trails every lottery that comes we are wasting our time and effort . The most frustrating process we have seen hardly rewarding loyalty . Not worth the effort and expectation .

GBExcellent customer service ! This was not the first time I have bought ticket thru today tix. I had tickets for a show at 2pm today and have been having some unfortunate family problems and could not attend. I emailed them and they were overly kind and issued me a credit for future list. I HIGHLY recommend today tix for your ticket needs! Jennifer from customer service responded promptly and ever so kindly.

GBUsually not sketchy Usually not sketchy I've been using TodayTix to see an average of one show a month for over a year now, and they're usually OK. The prices are great. Sometimes though, it's worth calling the venue to see if they can match the prices, because when you book directly through the venue it's often possible to cancel and reschedule whereas TodayTix charges for the privilege.
