great service Often use the site for cheap day tickets. Due to travel disruption we missed a show we had really wanted to see. Customer service really helped us out and provided a great solution. Big thanks to Marika who made a stressful, unpleasant solution just a bit easier for us.

Excellent customer service ! This was not the first time I have bought ticket thru today tix. I had tickets for a show at 2pm today and have been having some unfortunate family problems and could not attend. I emailed them and they were overly kind and issued me a credit for future list. One of my go to places for tickets I have been using TodayTix for the past couple of years and feel like I get a very good deal on shows that I love. Great to see BROADWAY again. It was like an old-fashioned broadway… It was like an old-fashioned broadway musical complete with a tap sequence. Sets were great, and mobile and with projections. Lots of costumes.
