GBExcellent customer service for refund I booked my tickets for a show and a day before I got brutally sick with a flu virus. I reached out to the customer service and Alejandra explained to me initially how my ticket was non refundable however upon my request he issued me a full credit for being a loyal member of TodayTix. I had a great experience and thanks to him I won’t cringe the next time I book my shows,

GBWHAT A PLEASURE!… TodayTix makes it posssible for me to see theater. Today's prices are so exorbitant I would not be able to attend any of the shows I wish to see if not for TodayTix. I don't have to pay to be a TodayTix "member" or show any proof that I am a senior, worked for a non-profit etc. I have bought almost all the tickets for shows I have seen this season from TodayTix. I print the tickets at home the day before the show. What a pleasure to do business with this companny

GBI paid an extra $120 for 2 tickets so… I paid an extra $120 for 2 tickets so that I could have the option to return our tickets or change my mind on what show I wanted to see. I didn't realize it was a "voucher" and not really a return. I think it's unclear when you purchase that option and that should be made clearer. Jennifer was really helpful and immediately took care of me, and it was Sunday. She was very helpful.

GBUsually not sketchy Usually not sketchy I've been using TodayTix to see an average of one show a month for over a year now, and they're usually OK. The prices are great. Sometimes though, it's worth calling the venue to see if they can match the prices, because when you book directly through the venue it's often possible to cancel and reschedule whereas TodayTix charges for the privilege.

GBMy experience was great because it was resolved quickly My experience was great because it was resolved quickly. My order for tomorrow was not showing up in my account. Alejandra quickly saw that I had two accounts and merged them into one. I can now see all of my orders. Thank you Alejandra.
