I had tickets for a show at 2pm today and have been having some unfortunate family problems and could not attend. I emailed them and they were overly kind and issued me a credit for future list. GBExcellent customer service for refund I booked my tickets for a show and a day before I got brutally sick with a flu virus. I reached out to the customer service and Alejandra explained to me initially how my ticket was non refundable however upon my request he issued me a full credit for being a loyal member of TodayTix. GBGreat to see BROADWAY again. It was like an old-fashioned broadway… It was like an old-fashioned broadway musical complete with a tap sequence. Sets were great, and mobile and with projections. Lots of costumes.
