GBUsually not sketchy Usually not sketchy I've been using TodayTix to see an average of one show a month for over a year now, and they're usually OK. The prices are great. Sometimes though, it's worth calling the venue to see if they can match the prices, because when you book directly through the venue it's often possible to cancel and reschedule whereas TodayTix charges for the privilege.

AUWe are loyal users of this site and buy… We are loyal users of this site and buy tickets etc . We are totally frustrated with the lottery for ticket and have never been able to get seats . Given the amount we have outplayed and the email trails every lottery that comes we are wasting our time and effort . The most frustrating process we have seen hardly rewarding loyalty . Not worth the effort and expectation .

GBExcellent customer service for refund I booked my tickets for a show and a day before I got brutally sick with a flu virus. I reached out to the customer service and Alejandra explained to me initially how my ticket was non refundable however upon my request he issued me a full credit for being a loyal member of TodayTix. I had a great experience and thanks to him I won’t cringe the next time I book my shows,

GBOne of my go to places for tickets I have been using TodayTix for the past couple of years and feel like I get a very good deal on shows that I love. Because the prices are reasonable - some are amazing- I have felt like I could take a chance on a lesser known or new show. Almost all have been wonderful. Thank you for this service!
