I sometimes think they have gotten a little big for my tastes as they buy up all the plugins we all love and have pay walled some previously free features, but when you have the quality diagnostic support when you have an issue that piece of mind is worth a few extra dollars a month without any arguments.

Was an emergency situation and had to learn how to update a page on our site and I'm not a developer. Patiently showed me the steps, sent a video, and walked me through some other minor issues.
