WP Engine is the best support in the… WP Engine is the best support in the industry. When supporting WordPress there are a lot of client configuration details, dns, plugins that can all effect the site. It would be easy for them to say that it is not something we support, but instead they put knowledgeable people on the line and fix your problem. I had to update my review as I had a second support request today (Mar 23, 2024). WP Engine continues to impress me with their support and customer service while I am in the midst of needing tech support. Literally the best vendor I work with.

Grade A Customer Support The support representative Jose was very helpful in helping me understand what was occurring with an error we were experiencing with a custom plugin by looking at the server logs and adjusting some things. There have been many other instances of WP Engine support helping me out as well that are too numerous to mention. I really appreciate the high quality customer support that WP Engine provides on a continuous basis.

Reliable, fast, easy to use We've been using WP Engine for nearly 6 years and never had a single problem with them. Our websites receive millions of traffic every year and we've never had a downtime or issues like that. Most importantly, the customer service team is always helpful, available 24/7, and quick to fix any issues or guide you in the right direction. They are on the expensive side but it's a good investment if you can afford them.
