Reliable, fast, easy to use We've been using WP Engine for nearly 6 years and never had a single problem with them. Our websites receive millions of traffic every year and we've never had a downtime or issues like that. Most importantly, the customer service team is always helpful, available 24/7, and quick to fix any issues or guide you in the right direction. They are on the expensive side but it's a good investment if you can afford them.

Dont give them your CC. They will take your money! This used to be an awesome company with great support. However, we recently moved to a new provider (webflow) after at least 7 years with them. We asked to cancel the account for months and they continued to charge the card on file only to tell us we could not cancel even though multiple people had reached out about it. Terrible customer service. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CC. So frustrating that after years of service and giving them thousands of dollars in hosting we were treated this way because we decided to move away from wordpress.

WPEngine worth every dollar I have to tell wpengine worth every dollar. It makes our lives so much easier. LocalWP is extremely cool, and takes away a significant burden from developers. I only had to contact their support once in the last two years, and the chat support just works. No long queues, no clueless agents. 5/5
