Was an emergency situation and had to learn how to update a page on our site and I'm not a developer. Patiently showed me the steps, sent a video, and walked me through some other minor issues. This is my first customer service interaction and it was great!!!

GBSupport Staff like James E Support Staff like James E. make WPengine worth working with. I sometimes think they have gotten a little big for my tastes as they buy up all the plugins we all love and have pay walled some previously free features, but when you have the quality diagnostic support when you have an issue that piece of mind is worth a few extra dollars a month without any arguments.
