Was an emergency situation and had to learn how to update a page on our site and I'm not a developer. Patiently showed me the steps, sent a video, and walked me through some other minor issues. This is my first customer service interaction and it was great!!!

Incredible Service and Support I have been with WP Engine for over a year now and I cannot express how pleased I am with the company in both service and support. The tools and dashboard are super easy to use, the migration tool makes bringing a website over very simple and again support is there for any needs along the way.
