Reliable, fast, easy to use We've been using WP Engine for nearly 6 years and never had a single problem with them. Our websites receive millions of traffic every year and we've never had a downtime or issues like that. Most importantly, the customer service team is always helpful, available 24/7, and quick to fix any issues or guide you in the right direction. They are on the expensive side but it's a good investment if you can afford them.

I sometimes think they have gotten a little big for my tastes as they buy up all the plugins we all love and have pay walled some previously free features, but when you have the quality diagnostic support when you have an issue that piece of mind is worth a few extra dollars a month without any arguments.

Grade A Customer Support The support representative Jose was very helpful in helping me understand what was occurring with an error we were experiencing with a custom plugin by looking at the server logs and adjusting some things. There have been many other instances of WP Engine support helping me out as well that are too numerous to mention. I really appreciate the high quality customer support that WP Engine provides on a continuous basis.

They are incredibly helpful whenever I have questions or issues, 24/7. I have used other hosting companies in the past and none of them come close to WP Engine. The tools and dashboard are super easy to use, the migration tool makes bringing a website over very simple and again support is there for any needs along the way.
