The cup is now a favorite of mine! The cup was made according to my specifications and delivered in a timely manner. One thing I was disappointed with is that the names of the dogs could have been centered better under the picture of the dogs. Other than that, I was quite satisfied with the end result.

“Forever in my Heget” I chose “Forever in my Heart” but unfortunately the cursive writing and the choice of letters is wrong. The “a” in Heart is a “g” or “q” with a squiggly line underneath. Therefore, the “a” does not connect with the “r” which is half of the “r”. It reads as “Heget” instead of “Heart”. The “r” looks like a capital cursive “E”. The picture of my husband and three cats looking at a beautiful mountain scene is beautiful. He was overwhelmed by emotions and loves the mug.I didn’t point out the “Heget” mistake so all in all, it was a success!

Fantastic customer service Great product but better yet; wonderful customer service. There was an issue with one item in my order. It was replaced immediately and without hassle. This made me a return customer and I am telling everyone about your Company.

Double charged … Super cute cups, one broke in transit, got replaced immediately My only issue was that somehow some of my orders got doubled up and I got charged for those. Customer Service got back with me and ended up paying me 70% back off the doubles I would’ve preferred 100%

Great Cup! Additions I could place on the cup--pets' names, my name, colors of fur or my hair, and dates--made my cup unique. And sort of memorializes my dogs sitting with me. I really like it. A little too pricy for me unless on sale.
