I have ordered 3 mugs from Giftymize I have ordered 3 mugs from Giftymize. The first two were perfect but the third one arrived broken. The company acted immediately to replace it. I am very pleased with Giftymize, and would not hesitate to order from them again.

Over 2 week delivery Hello, mug came out beautiful and looks great but it took well over two weeks to be delivered once you said it was shipped.

I loved being able to customize my… I loved being able to customize my coffee mug so that it looks like me and my dog enjoying a mountain view. I also loved being able to customize the words! It was also packed very carefully so it arrived unbroken. The shipping was delayed over and over, and untrackable, so that is the reason for four stars instead of five.

Very trustworthy company with excellent customer service! UPS completely lost my original order with Giftymize. They did nothing to help me, but Giftyize fixed the situation and sent me a replacement. Giftymize was extremely accommodating and professional. Even though the item I bought was not expensive, they treated me with priority and kindness. This is a quality company and I completely recommend them!
