GBI loved being able to customize my… I loved being able to customize my coffee mug so that it looks like me and my dog enjoying a mountain view. I also loved being able to customize the words! It was also packed very carefully so it arrived unbroken. The shipping was delayed over and over, and untrackable, so that is the reason for four stars instead of five.

GBGreat Cup! Additions I could place on the cup--pets' names, my name, colors of fur or my hair, and dates--made my cup unique. And sort of memorializes my dogs sitting with me. I really like it. A little too pricy for me unless on sale.
