GBDouble charged … Super cute cups, one broke in transit, got replaced immediately My only issue was that somehow some of my orders got doubled up and I got charged for those. Customer Service got back with me and ended up paying me 70% back off the doubles I would’ve preferred 100%

GBVery trustworthy company with excellent customer service! UPS completely lost my original order with Giftymize. They did nothing to help me, but Giftyize fixed the situation and sent me a replacement. Giftymize was extremely accommodating and professional. Even though the item I bought was not expensive, they treated me with priority and kindness. This is a quality company and I completely recommend them!

GB“Forever in my Heget” I chose “Forever in my Heart” but unfortunately the cursive writing and the choice of letters is wrong. The “a” in Heart is a “g” or “q” with a squiggly line underneath. Therefore, the “a” does not connect with the “r” which is half of the “r”. It reads as “Heget” instead of “Heart”. The “r” looks like a capital cursive “E”. The picture of my husband and three cats looking at a beautiful mountain scene is beautiful. He was overwhelmed by emotions and loves the mug.I didn’t point out the “Heget” mistake so all in all, it was a success!

GBI have ordered 3 mugs from Giftymize I have ordered 3 mugs from Giftymize. The first two were perfect but the third one arrived broken. The company acted immediately to replace it. I am very pleased with Giftymize, and would not hesitate to order from them again.
