I have ordered 3 mugs from Giftymize I have ordered 3 mugs from Giftymize. The first two were perfect but the third one arrived broken. The company acted immediately to replace it. I am very pleased with Giftymize, and would not hesitate to order from them again.

Double charged … Super cute cups, one broke in transit, got replaced immediately My only issue was that somehow some of my orders got doubled up and I got charged for those. Customer Service got back with me and ended up paying me 70% back off the doubles I would’ve preferred 100%

Time to honor EVERY dog past AND present! I just purchased my 4th mug. First was for my son and our 2 new poodle puppies. Then I ordered another for my pastor and her husband and their corgi. BUT THEN, I thought I wanted to honor EVERY dog I have ever had in my life and ordered mug #3 with 4 dogs and mug #4 with another 5 dogs....meaning all of my dogs past and present are on my mugs. Dogs mean the world to all of us and their memories should always be front and center. Here's to the 11 dogs who've I shared my life with for 65 years!

Exactly as advertised ! I was so happy with this customized product (coffee mug with my husband’ name and border collie dog), he is going to be so surprised! I can’t wait to give it to him on his birthday and see his reaction.

“Forever in my Heget” I chose “Forever in my Heart” but unfortunately the cursive writing and the choice of letters is wrong. The “a” in Heart is a “g” or “q” with a squiggly line underneath. Therefore, the “a” does not connect with the “r” which is half of the “r”. It reads as “Heget” instead of “Heart”. The “r” looks like a capital cursive “E”. The picture of my husband and three cats looking at a beautiful mountain scene is beautiful. He was overwhelmed by emotions and loves the mug.I didn’t point out the “Heget” mistake so all in all, it was a success!
