Beautiful15oz mugs I ordered two 15oz mugs. They came out beautifully. My husband loves his. I love mine. They arrived quicker than expected. I loved all of the ways you can customize them. I haven't run them through the dishwasher yet, but I assume they will be fine.

Double charged … Super cute cups, one broke in transit, got replaced immediately My only issue was that somehow some of my orders got doubled up and I got charged for those. Customer Service got back with me and ended up paying me 70% back off the doubles I would’ve preferred 100%

Customer service A+ I ordered 2 identical mugs. Unfortunately only one was sent. I emailed the company and they responded promptly. I had the issue resolved within 24 hours and received the 2nd mug within 10 days. Their customer service was the best I've ever had when ordering online

I loved being able to customize my… I loved being able to customize my coffee mug so that it looks like me and my dog enjoying a mountain view. I also loved being able to customize the words! It was also packed very carefully so it arrived unbroken. The shipping was delayed over and over, and untrackable, so that is the reason for four stars instead of five.

Excellent Product!!! I ordered two mugs as gifts of remembrance. I was hopeful that it will look just like the picture on the website, and once I received it...the products exceeded all of my expectations!!! I will most definitely order again!
