GBIt does take quite some time to recieve but well worth it. It is a great site for bereavement gifts. The price was right and quality was what I had hoped it would be. I purchased an acrylic plaque for loss of pet and they absolutely loved it.

NZGreat Customer experience The first cup was substandard as it had a grey background. The company contacted me directly and arranged for a replacement at no cost. Great customer service and I am thrilled with the new mug.

GBProduct was nice however sizing was way… Product was nice however sizing was way too big for the person the gift will be for. Very disappointed in that as there aren't returns on personalized product
