It does take quite some time to recieve but well worth it. It is a great site for bereavement gifts. The price was right and quality was what I had hoped it would be. I purchased an acrylic plaque for loss of pet and they absolutely loved it.

Misleading website photos The image on the website is grossly different than the product received. When I reached out to customer support, they did send a replacement, which was the same, if not worse, than the original. The image on the website shows flowers appearing depressed into the mug. While I understand that this is an "effect", the mug(s) I received have a very dark background which takes away from the effect and simply looks like a baked on rectangle. The mug is embarrassingly sloppy and very misleading. The images used on the website should match the product sent, which they do not. Very disappointing experience and I can only recommend to steer clear as the Pawfect House.com mug shown on their website is nothing like the mug you will receive.

Great Customer experience The first cup was substandard as it had a grey background. The company contacted me directly and arranged for a replacement at no cost. Great customer service and I am thrilled with the new mug.

Super Soft The gift cam in a timely manner and was very soft and seems to be good quality. I purchased this gift for my daughter who is expecting for mother's day so I do not have any idea how it is going to hold up yet I did miss judge the size but that was my fault not yours
