It does take quite some time to recieve but well worth it. It is a great site for bereavement gifts. The price was right and quality was what I had hoped it would be. I purchased an acrylic plaque for loss of pet and they absolutely loved it.

Great Forgot to put it one of my grandkids names on it when they sent in another one and added it on that was great that was so wonderful thing

Misleading website photos The image on the website is grossly different than the product received. When I reached out to customer support, they did send a replacement, which was the same, if not worse, than the original. The image on the website shows flowers appearing depressed into the mug. While I understand that this is an "effect", the mug(s) I received have a very dark background which takes away from the effect and simply looks like a baked on rectangle. The mug is embarrassingly sloppy and very misleading. The images used on the website should match the product sent, which they do not. Very disappointing experience and I can only recommend to steer clear as the Pawfect House.com mug shown on their website is nothing like the mug you will receive.

I didn’t get what I thought I would get… I didn’t get what I thought I would get the add for the item I bought which was the mug makes out it’s an embossed pattern on the mug but when I received it for my daughter Mother’s Day gift it was fat surfaced :(
