It does take quite some time to recieve but well worth it. It is a great site for bereavement gifts. The price was right and quality was what I had hoped it would be. I purchased an acrylic plaque for loss of pet and they absolutely loved it.

Terrible quality The mugs that I received were such bad quality and looked different than all the pictures they used on website and marketing. When I reached out to costumer service requesting a refund and sent pictures to show my mugs looked different, they refused, but offered to replace the items for “better quality” mugs. But those came and are exactly the same. Very disappointed and will not be ordering again.
