"does not expire" but must pay extra... Received as a gift years ago. Admittedly it's a bit late in redemption, but the voucher says "does not expire" with not other stipulations. Just tried redeeming it, and now it's requiring we pay the price increase, as it's been longer than 9 months. Nothing on the voucher mentions this. Lame. Overpriced in any case.

100% SCAM!!! Buyer beware!!! They were running a promo for 20% off of a travel experience. While you can't pay for experiences directly with points, they did advertise that you can use points to buy a gift card and then use the gift card to pay for the experience. So I purchased the non-refundable gift cards only to find out that they won't apply the promo code of 20% off if you use a gift card to pay. These were not discounted gift cards. I paid full face value for them. The promo would have saved me $140. After spending four hours trying to speak to someone from customer service I just accepted that I'd been scammed and decided I'd have to pay the extra $140, so I did. After completing the $700 purchase, it wouldn't allow me to actually book the experience. The rep I was working with told me it was a website malfunction and that they'd email me later when it was fixed. They actually did email me later... only to tell me that they no longer offer the experience I'd just paid $700 (non-refundable) for. So now I'm out $700 and four hours of my time with nothing to show for it except frustration. Where I come from, if you take $700 from someone and give them nothing in return, it's called theft. How is this different?

Purchased an exp website… Purchased an experience- but website issues mean it’s impossible to book. Have been chasing for a week now for this to be resolved, but no reply other than ‘please bear with me a moment’ Have requested refund, and whilst this request has been assigned to my original enquiry - again no substantive response.

An Excellent Experience We were pleasantly greeted to our dance lesson with a bottle of champagne while we decided which dance style was best for us. Our instructor was kind and patient. She explained everything in detail. It was an incredibly excellent experience. We genuinely enjoyed ourselves and are looking forward to continuing rumba lessons together.
