GBTed from the Chinatown food tour in San… Ted from the Chinatown food tour in San Fran was very informative and friendly. Ted took the time to accommodate food preferences for my partner. I enjoyed tasting different Chinese dishes.

GBThey WILL fix things We signed up for tours over the weekend using Virgin Experience but had some confusion over the scheduling of tour packages (we wanted one with drinks and one without but it ended up being too complicated). The tour operator was not very helpful (20+ emails and end result was ‘talk to Virgin’). Stressful. In the end, and once Monday rolled around and customer service was back, Virgin resolved the issues. Make sure to have good documentation.

AUAdvertised discount not honored The advertised discount of 20% off wasn’t honored when I paid and the normal price was charged. I contacted Virgin Experience Gifts and they promptly apologised and said a refund will be organised into my credit card. Great service. My friend who I gifted the experience to of going to the Top of the Rock loved it. Thanks Chantelle.

GBExtremely difficult communication and no customer service number… I had asked my voucher to be gifted to my sister in San Francisco, CA to be used for any experience. But instead, what she got was a voucher that can only be used in iFly in Frisco TX. I have been trying to solve this problem ever since and there is no one I can talk to.
