AUAdvertised discount not honored The advertised discount of 20% off wasn’t honored when I paid and the normal price was charged. I contacted Virgin Experience Gifts and they promptly apologised and said a refund will be organised into my credit card. Great service. My friend who I gifted the experience to of going to the Top of the Rock loved it. Thanks Chantelle.

GBVoucher Trade Made Easy! I needed assistance turning in a couple of vouchers to cover the costs of a different experience. I was helped promptly and accurately, all within a short time. The Virgin Experience lady understood what I was trying to accomplish and got it done quickly. Better service could not be had. Rashieda did an excellent job of customer support!

GBNo dates available! Wasted so much time. Only after I made the purchase I found out that no dates are available for the experience. I wasted so much time looking, deciding and finalizing plans before purchase. I'll probably get my money back but not the time I spent on this site.
