They WILL fix things We signed up for tours over the weekend using Virgin Experience but had some confusion over the scheduling of tour packages (we wanted one with drinks and one without but it ended up being too complicated). The tour operator was not very helpful (20+ emails and end result was ‘talk to Virgin’). Stressful. In the end, and once Monday rolled around and customer service was back, Virgin resolved the issues. Make sure to have good documentation.

Incredible Acrobatics Flight Experience I had an absolutely fantastic time with this flight experience! Sergey, my pilot, was incredibly skilled and ensured I felt comfortable throughout the entire flight. The maneuvers were exhilarating, and I could truly feel the g-forces as we performed the aerobatics. It was a thrilling experience that I won't forget anytime soon. Highly recommended!
