GBGreat Customer Service from Fritz I have had an issue with order where is has been stuck at “processing to ship” for almost a week now. I had contacted customer service a few times for an update but had been diverted to a chat bot or given very vague responses as to where my package was. Today I spoke to a customer service representative called Fritz who was so extremely helpful. They told me why my package hasn’t been sent yet and what Urban outfitters is going to do to solve this issue. Fritz was probably the most helpful customer service rep I’ve ever spoken to. Even though my issue is still not resolved, I’m please with the knowledge that it is in hand.

GBI love going to Urban Outfitters I love going to Urban Outfitters, however service can be extremely slow, as it was on my last visit. Queues are huge and only one person on till at a time. Clearly understaffed. Besides that, quality of clothes are always amazing and staff are friendly.

GB♥️♥️♥️💃💃💃 IT MAY BE MY FAVOURITE DRESS EVER. I LOVE THAT THE FABRIC IS RECLAIMED & SO LOVELY. MAYBE I AM A BIT SHORT, I AM 5FT 5 & A BIT & MOSTLY LEGS. I AM CONTINUALLY FRUSTRATED WHEN BUYING ' MINI DRESSES ', THEY USUALLY END UP MIDI ON ME. STATING THE HEIGHT OF THE MODEL WAS SO HELPFUL. IT IS ALSO GREAT TO GET A SALE PRICE. IF I CAN SWING IT I WILL BE GETTING ANOTHER ONE. I AM A BIT OBSESSED WITH MANY OF YOUR DRESSES. I WOULD HAPPILY SPEND MOST OF MY SUMMER DRESSED BY YOU. GBAwful experience trying to return an… Awful experience trying to return an item. The email said it was Yodel. When I went to print it said Evri. When I went to no less than 5 shops to return they all refused the return sting they needed a different code. Can’t speak to a person at all. When I tired to complain and get a new code they sent me a post office code so couldn’t go back to the Evri shop - had to find a post office. Then the agent cancelled the online chat. Worst customer service EVER!
