GBStill waiting for express delivery.Evri… Still waiting for express delivery.Evri says waiting for parcel. Utban outfitters says shipped. Obviously something had gone wrong as I ordered 5 days ago and its a 24 delivery or meant to be. Computer or what is now known as customer services says there’s nothing that can be done and they’ve now missed my daughter’s birthday. Rubbish.

GBNever written a review but… Was in a rush buying my item, cashier took absolutely forever serving another girl while talking to her friend, then when it came to my turn she ignored me for a good while before realising I was there! Then when she finally served me, she spent more time chatting to her friend than actually doing her job, so much so that her colleague took over! I never usually write a review, but having worked in retail myself, I felt completely disrespected and irrelevant. Worst and rudest customer service I think I’ve experienced. Its a shame too as I love UA; the store itself was great. Huge shame about that one female staff member

GBMassive gash in the packaging Massive gash in the packaging, which looks like it could’ve been pierced carelessly otherwise on purpose. Evri package, was delivered to us by Royal Mail when delivery man found item loaded on his vehicle. He expressed surprise upon making this discovery but made sure the package arrived here with us as postie is our regular guy.
