GBAwful experience trying to return an… Awful experience trying to return an item. The email said it was Yodel. When I went to print it said Evri. When I went to no less than 5 shops to return they all refused the return sting they needed a different code. Can’t speak to a person at all. When I tired to complain and get a new code they sent me a post office code so couldn’t go back to the Evri shop - had to find a post office. Then the agent cancelled the online chat. Worst customer service EVER!

GBGreat customer service. I was a bit concerned about the delivery time, so I contacted customer service and spoke to Fritz. Fritz was first class, very professional, and came up with a great resolution. Great customer service, thank you for your speedy help Fritz it is very much appreciated.

GBSee-through I really like the style of the trousers, but they are see-through. Just like all fashion retailers these days, UO just care about using as cheap materials as possible for a large profit and they’re quite happy to allow women’s clothes to be transparent for that purpose. I certainly wouldn’t have paid £40 for see-through trousers. Only keeping because I got a 25% discount code and just plan to lounge around the house in them mostly.

GBMassive gash in the packaging Massive gash in the packaging, which looks like it could’ve been pierced carelessly otherwise on purpose. Evri package, was delivered to us by Royal Mail when delivery man found item loaded on his vehicle. He expressed surprise upon making this discovery but made sure the package arrived here with us as postie is our regular guy.

GBI love going to Urban Outfitters I love going to Urban Outfitters, however service can be extremely slow, as it was on my last visit. Queues are huge and only one person on till at a time. Clearly understaffed. Besides that, quality of clothes are always amazing and staff are friendly.
