GBMother’s Day delivery I emailed since I was concerned regarding delivery of our product in time for Mother’s Day, but Mr, Dominik Fisher was very helpful in responding quickly to my emails and was able to help push our product though FedEx so we receive it on time. He was very courteous and professional through the whole communications. My compliments to Mr. Fisher for his great customer care.

GBMoney taken, never processing my order I have made two orders for simple 8x10 photos, and the orders just sit in their queue, telling me "they are working on it" with the usual 3-5 day processing time quoted, but yet the order was placed on 4/18, #64413203 is now 4/29 and there is absolutely no movement on it! I don't know what else to do at this point, I guess my money has been taken, these were for gifts for people that are way late now, and they just seem like they are never going to get processed. It's a small amount I spent, but because of these patterns of the same complaints occurring, I am going to take further complaint action with the BBB if my order is not processed this week and sent out finally.

GBRepresentative Maya Watson is amazing! I’ve experienced a major delay with my order and was super frustrated. Called customer service multiple times to get any updates but was told that “it’s still processing; it’s on the way; you’re about to get the tracking number” and nothing. Luckily, last time I called customer service I was assisted by MAYA WATSON. She was super professional, polite and very helpful. She found out that my order was lost and that a new order needs to be issued. But instead of just hanging up on me, she told me that she will take care of it and she indeed resolved this problem for me. I just had to do few clicks and she took care of the rest! I really appreciate your help, Maya! I hope you get a raise 😇

GBAbsolute worst customer service Absolute, worst customer service! I placed two separate orders and only received one. I sent an email in right away, even with ring camera footage of only one package being delivered. They told me I would be receiving a refund and have strong me a long since January and still no refund and no package. At this point no one will even return my emails.
