Money taken, never processing my order I have made two orders for simple 8x10 photos, and the orders just sit in their queue, telling me "they are working on it" with the usual 3-5 day processing time quoted, but yet the order was placed on 4/18, #64413203 is now 4/29 and there is absolutely no movement on it! I don't know what else to do at this point, I guess my money has been taken, these were for gifts for people that are way late now, and they just seem like they are never going to get processed. It's a small amount I spent, but because of these patterns of the same complaints occurring, I am going to take further complaint action with the BBB if my order is not processed this week and sent out finally.

Customer service is lacking unless reviewed! I have brought over a dozen products and the products themselves are beautiful. Unfortunately, I brought a 200 page photo book paid for a protective sleeve as it was a gift. It came in a cardboard envelope that was posted through the door. Due to the lack of protection the book and protective sleeve were damaged. I contacted Printerpix and in the middle of March was told they would replace the book, which I was extremely happy with. However, two weeks later I had another email; Dear Valued Customer, asking for me to again explain my issue, which I did and I have since heard nothing. So the products are lovely but the package to protect them is rubbish and customer service are shocking because even when they say they will rectify the issue they don't.

Bought an A5 60 page photo album using… Bought an A5 60 page photo album using Groupon. When on Printerpix website only 20 pages was available when using the voucher. Disappointed with service and no response from help services. Never use them again. Beware!

Acknowledged fault but didn’t rectify My prints were sent really dark and matte, when they should have been glossy. I got in touch online and received an email from Brian Reece saying that they were not done correctly. I sent a photo of the dark prints to him and asked for replacement lighter, brighter prints but didn’t hear anything back. Fed up of trying to get through, so asked to have the order refunded but no response. I am amazed that they acknowledged fault but still did nothing about it. Very disappointed. Don’t be fooled by the money back guarantee statement.

Mother’s Day delivery I emailed since I was concerned regarding delivery of our product in time for Mother’s Day, but Mr, Dominik Fisher was very helpful in responding quickly to my emails and was able to help push our product though FedEx so we receive it on time. He was very courteous and professional through the whole communications. My compliments to Mr. Fisher for his great customer care.
