GBBought an A5 60 page photo album using… Bought an A5 60 page photo album using Groupon. When on Printerpix website only 20 pages was available when using the voucher. Disappointed with service and no response from help services. Never use them again. Beware!

GBtrying to get refund for damaged picture since Dec I ordered two pictures for Christmas and received one intact and the other one damaged. I have contacted customer service at least 6 times since then. I tell my story over and over and ask for a refund. I have sent copies of damaged picture numerous times. The last time I had contact was the beginning of April and they promised to replace picture. I asked for a refund and nothing. Im done. Their customer service is awful! For that reason I would never order from Printerpix again. I have done my best to resolve this!

GBFast and very helpful. I received my wooden puzzle and I found 2 broken pieces puzzles. Then I called the customer service, and Sophia Carter assisted me. She responded quickly and was so kind and very helpful. She helped me to solve my concern. It made me very happy I placed my order through printer pix and I will be ordering again due to their excellent customer service!

GBCustomer service is lacking unless reviewed! I have brought over a dozen products and the products themselves are beautiful. Unfortunately, I brought a 200 page photo book paid for a protective sleeve as it was a gift. It came in a cardboard envelope that was posted through the door. Due to the lack of protection the book and protective sleeve were damaged. I contacted Printerpix and in the middle of March was told they would replace the book, which I was extremely happy with. However, two weeks later I had another email; Dear Valued Customer, asking for me to again explain my issue, which I did and I have since heard nothing. So the products are lovely but the package to protect them is rubbish and customer service are shocking because even when they say they will rectify the issue they don't.
