GBAbsolute worst customer service Absolute, worst customer service! I placed two separate orders and only received one. I sent an email in right away, even with ring camera footage of only one package being delivered. They told me I would be receiving a refund and have strong me a long since January and still no refund and no package. At this point no one will even return my emails.

GBExcellent Customer Service Lina Nathaniel assisted me with a question on my order and responded quickly and was so kind and helpful. It made me very happy I placed my order through printer pix and I will be ordering again due to their excellent customer service!

GBMother’s Day delivery I emailed since I was concerned regarding delivery of our product in time for Mother’s Day, but Mr, Dominik Fisher was very helpful in responding quickly to my emails and was able to help push our product though FedEx so we receive it on time. He was very courteous and professional through the whole communications. My compliments to Mr. Fisher for his great customer care.

GBAwful all around not worth it They claim to use real people for support but that is absoloutely untrue, they claim 1-3 days to build and process orders but after 9 days my order still hadnt shipped and when trying to figure out what was going on i was told fitst 2-9 days till shipping then after 9 days was told 5-9 days. Their customer service is the absoloute worst ive ever dealt with because they are not actually people. Save the hassle and use a more reputable honest company if you have any sort of a timeline. Edit to add i emailed with my order number and have recieved no response.

GBThis is what customer service is all… This is what customer service is all about. Recognizes the issue, then resolves problems within a timely manner, issues resolution solves the problem and customer is satisfied !! 10 out of 10. Laura Isabella did a wonderful job. Thank you 😊
