Great customer service! I ordered 7 large canvases for my Dad's memorial service. Two came within a few days. Another one came about a week later. I reached out to see where my other pictures were because the service was just a few days away. Dominik reassured me that they would get here. He followed up with me a couple of times. They all arrived the day before my dad's service and they look amazing! I will definitely order from Printerpix again!

trying to get refund for damaged picture since Dec I ordered two pictures for Christmas and received one intact and the other one damaged. I have contacted customer service at least 6 times since then. I tell my story over and over and ask for a refund. I have sent copies of damaged picture numerous times. The last time I had contact was the beginning of April and they promised to replace picture. I asked for a refund and nothing. Im done. Their customer service is awful! For that reason I would never order from Printerpix again. I have done my best to resolve this!

Awful all around not worth it They claim to use real people for support but that is absoloutely untrue, they claim 1-3 days to build and process orders but after 9 days my order still hadnt shipped and when trying to figure out what was going on i was told fitst 2-9 days till shipping then after 9 days was told 5-9 days. Their customer service is the absoloute worst ive ever dealt with because they are not actually people. Save the hassle and use a more reputable honest company if you have any sort of a timeline. Edit to add i emailed with my order number and have recieved no response.

I finally received my order of 2 photo… I finally received my order of 2 photo books last night and I was not really happy about the books. I called this morning and spoke to Dominik Fisher, and he was able to help me. I called before and spoke to someone else, and he told me since it was taking so long to get my order that he would take the shipping off my account. That never happened and I didn't get his name. I mentioned this to Dominik, and he said that he would refund an amount and he did follow up by email which I didn't get with the other guy. I really apricate the friendly and kindness from Dominik. I was so unhappy but after talking to Dominik, I felt better, and I will probably give Printerpix a second chance and order products from you. Thank you for listening to me. Regards, Bernice

Bought an A5 60 page photo album using… Bought an A5 60 page photo album using Groupon. When on Printerpix website only 20 pages was available when using the voucher. Disappointed with service and no response from help services. Never use them again. Beware!
