She responded quickly and was so kind and very helpful. She helped me to solve my concern. It made me very happy I placed my order through printer pix and I will be ordering again due to their excellent customer service!

Finally found help Thanks to Sophia Carter I was able to get assistance at Printerpix. She went beyond what help anyone else was will to do and I greatly appreciate it. trying to get refund for damaged picture since Dec I ordered two pictures for Christmas and received one intact and the other one damaged. I have contacted customer service at least 6 times since then. I tell my story over and over and ask for a refund. I have sent copies of damaged picture numerous times. The last time I had contact was the beginning of April and they promised to replace picture. I asked for a refund and nothing. Im done. Their customer service is awful! For that reason I would never order from Printerpix again. I have done my best to resolve this!
