Lara helped me get my order processed and make my payment within minutes! She was so nice and extremely helpful! I am extremely satisfied and beyond pleased with Lara's help and I will definitely be recommending Printpix to all my family and friends! 10 out of 10 ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND!!!

I finally received my order of 2 photo… I finally received my order of 2 photo books last night and I was not really happy about the books. I called this morning and spoke to Dominik Fisher, and he was able to help me. I called before and spoke to someone else, and he told me since it was taking so long to get my order that he would take the shipping off my account. That never happened and I didn't get his name. I mentioned this to Dominik, and he said that he would refund an amount and he did follow up by email which I didn't get with the other guy. I really apricate the friendly and kindness from Dominik. I was so unhappy but after talking to Dominik, I felt better, and I will probably give Printerpix a second chance and order products from you. Thank you for listening to me. Regards, Bernice

Representative Maya Watson is amazing! I’ve experienced a major delay with my order and was super frustrated. Called customer service multiple times to get any updates but was told that “it’s still processing; it’s on the way; you’re about to get the tracking number” and nothing. Luckily, last time I called customer service I was assisted by MAYA WATSON. She was super professional, polite and very helpful. She found out that my order was lost and that a new order needs to be issued. But instead of just hanging up on me, she told me that she will take care of it and she indeed resolved this problem for me. I just had to do few clicks and she took care of the rest! I really appreciate your help, Maya! I hope you get a raise 😇

Money taken, never processing my order I have made two orders for simple 8x10 photos, and the orders just sit in their queue, telling me "they are working on it" with the usual 3-5 day processing time quoted, but yet the order was placed on 4/18, #64413203 is now 4/29 and there is absolutely no movement on it! I don't know what else to do at this point, I guess my money has been taken, these were for gifts for people that are way late now, and they just seem like they are never going to get processed. It's a small amount I spent, but because of these patterns of the same complaints occurring, I am going to take further complaint action with the BBB if my order is not processed this week and sent out finally.
