GBI have never experienced such a hard… I have never experienced such a hard progress to add money to my gift card it’s so very complicated

GBEasy to use the App Easy to use the app to top up my gift card. Once done most of information like address is retained fir next time you top up card. I did get a block from my bank when topping up, but that's just their security needing a confirmation that I trust Asda in the transaction. Just waited 10 mins as requested and had a second attempt which was good.

GBTopping up your Christmas saver card is… Topping up your Christmas saver card is a bit long winded, but at least you can do it on line other supermarkets don't let you do this. I have had a stroke and can not get to the supermarket by car anymore so being able to top up on line rather than in person is really useful

GBIt was a challenging order to make It was a challenging order to make. I wanted 2 Fortnite Gift cards @ £17.49 each. Even with a facility box to add another identical gift card I wasn't allowed to do that. Instead had to complete the order for one card, including payment process which took ages to get work properly. Now I've got to repeat the whole procedure again for the second gift token- both going to same person at same email address! We put men on the moon but cant put 2 identical items in the same basket! something wrong there. Not Adsda fault but WorldPay i presume?

GBPoor website badly integrated What is the point of having an address registered in My account when the webpage forces you to fully re-enter the address on EVERY order including scrolling to the bottom of the country list to enter UK, how many non UK residents buy ASDA gift cards. £100 is too low for maximum topup amount - should be at least £300 Then there is no integration with any other ASDA application. You have to type in the full card number every time rather than having access to the list of cards registered to your ASDA account
