Unreliable recurring top-ups I've had to set-up a recurring top-up 3 times now, each of the previous times its run a few weeks and then just stopped working, other than that, its ok. No discount on any of the cards they sell, so not really much of an advantage to buying them.

Even with a facility box to add another identical gift card I wasn't allowed to do that. Instead had to complete the order for one card, including payment process which took ages to get work properly. Now I've got to repeat the whole procedure again for the second gift token- both going to same person at same email address!
