GBCustomer Service made it right I just ordered my wedding dress I hope its as beautiful as it looks but I am very disappointed that the home page showed discount codes but none of those discount codes or free shipping was applied to my purchase I am updating my review because I spoke with customer service at Missacc and they responded back within 24 hours and are refunding my discount to me.

AUThe picture of the dress and…ordering experience The picture of the dress and description appealed to me. The reviews were positive but would have liked to know the comfort and ease of walking in the dress. So a video would be ideal and some customer pictures. I found custom ordering simple enough. I hope my additional request for my order will included in my custom make. So I hope I will be informed about my request being excepted before the dress is made. The online order process would not allow me to include the 15% code offer for dresses over $199.

GBI will leave weekly reviews to make… I will leave weekly reviews to make sure everyone AVOIDS THIS WEBSITE. You can not return the dresses. Worse mistake I ever made ordering from here. Don't believe me...research this company. They come up as a scam if you research "missacc scam". I'm out $240.00 on two dresses. I've reported them!!! Contact the Federal Trade Commission and the BBB before you buy and they will also verify this company to be a HUGE RED FLAG!!! I also have an attorney looking into them. I will not stop until they stop ripping people off.
