Customer Service made it right I just ordered my wedding dress I hope its as beautiful as it looks but I am very disappointed that the home page showed discount codes but none of those discount codes or free shipping was applied to my purchase I am updating my review because I spoke with customer service at Missacc and they responded back within 24 hours and are refunding my discount to me.

"0" star review If I could give a "0" star review, I would. I ordered 2 different dresses to try for my daughter's wedding. I didn't like either when they arrived and attemped to take advantage of the 'Worry Free Return Policy within 14 days of receipt'. It's a COMPLETE joke. They will waste your time by responding with one email/day, asking multiple times why you want to return the items, verifying the size was what was ordered and fit the size mannequin prior to leaving their factory, etc., etc., etc! They offered a $50 refund. I declined, so they offered an $80 refund - which I also declined. Now they're concerned about the cost of shipping to return the dresses (cost to me). What it costs me is of no concern to them. I now have 2 dresses I cannot use or wear. I've contacted my credit card company and asked them to reverse the charges. Finally - someone willing to assist with my issue. Bottom line? AVOID MISSACC AT ALL COST!

Do not order from them, its advertising is completely false, the dress was cheaply made, quality was not accurate and the images they use are not accurate to what they produce. They also claim to have a 'customized sizing' but it actually is not, they have pre set sizes that you need to choose from which is not customized - so it wont be your fit. then they proceed to say we do not accept returns, they also claim that they are based in the US but they are based in Hong Kong I bought a tea length wedding dress there and it arrived small/smashed package. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I am tried for days with back and forth to no avail, to get return information and to get my money back and they offered me a $35 refund so I’m out over $100 for something I will never be able to use!! 🤬

The items i ordered arrived on time and… The items i ordered arrived on time and as described. Very pleased with the quality and custom options. Ive bought an additional dress from them since. They also replied to my queries as i had an issue retrieving my account which was not their fault.

Don't believe me...research this company. They come up as a scam if you research "missacc scam". I'm out $240.00 on two dresses. I've reported them!!! Contact the Federal Trade Commission and the BBB before you buy and they will also verify this company to be a HUGE RED FLAG!!! I also have an attorney looking into them. I will not stop until they stop ripping people off.
