Could you please provide your order number so we can further assist you?" This tactic seems to boost their rating on the website. "Replied to 78% of negative reviews", yet they never provide any solutions. I've exchanged 17 emails with them, and I'm still stuck at square one. Every action they take only adds to the evidence that they are scams.
