Customer Service made it right I just ordered my wedding dress I hope its as beautiful as it looks but I am very disappointed that the home page showed discount codes but none of those discount codes or free shipping was applied to my purchase I am updating my review because I spoke with customer service at Missacc and they responded back within 24 hours and are refunding my discount to me.

Not as pictured and cheaply made This dress does not look at all what was pictured. It’s darker in color, heavy material and looks cheaply made. I purchased it because the description said it was “ light with a soft flow” it came out a taupe color, I wanted ivory for my elopement dress. I will not be wearing this dress and thankful I found something so much more beautiful at a local bridal shop. I wish I could add pics of what I supposedly ordered and what I received but can’t figure that out on this site. I would not reckoned this company.

I'm getting married next summer (2025)… I'm getting married next summer (2025) and although I already have a gorgeous wedding dress, I was thinking about buying a reception dress to change . I came across a strapless sweetheart neckline dress that was $149. I was really nervous buying a dress online because all you have are pictures of the product. I'm SO glad I took the chance. This dress is BEAUTIFUL! Looks worth well over $300+. I'll be buying more dresses from this site in the near future.

Do not order from them!!! Do not order from them, its advertising is completely false, the dress was cheaply made, quality was not accurate and the images they use are not accurate to what they produce. They also claim to have a 'customized sizing' but it actually is not, they have pre set sizes that you need to choose from which is not customized - so it wont be your fit. then they proceed to say we do not accept returns, they also claim that they are based in the US but they are based in Hong Kong I bought a tea length wedding dress there and it arrived small/smashed package. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I am tried for days with back and forth to no avail, to get return information and to get my money back and they offered me a $35 refund so I’m out over $100 for something I will never be able to use!! 🤬
