The picture of the dress and…ordering experience The picture of the dress and description appealed to me. The reviews were positive but would have liked to know the comfort and ease of walking in the dress. So a video would be ideal and some customer pictures. I found custom ordering simple enough. I hope my additional request for my order will included in my custom make. So I hope I will be informed about my request being excepted before the dress is made. The online order process would not allow me to include the 15% code offer for dresses over $199.

"0" star review If I could give a "0" star review, I would. I ordered 2 different dresses to try for my daughter's wedding. I didn't like either when they arrived and attemped to take advantage of the 'Worry Free Return Policy within 14 days of receipt'. It's a COMPLETE joke. They will waste your time by responding with one email/day, asking multiple times why you want to return the items, verifying the size was what was ordered and fit the size mannequin prior to leaving their factory, etc., etc., etc! They offered a $50 refund. I declined, so they offered an $80 refund - which I also declined. Now they're concerned about the cost of shipping to return the dresses (cost to me). What it costs me is of no concern to them. I now have 2 dresses I cannot use or wear. I've contacted my credit card company and asked them to reverse the charges. Finally - someone willing to assist with my issue. Bottom line? AVOID MISSACC AT ALL COST!

It's another scam from Missacc It's another scam from Missacc! They respond to negative reviews with vague replies like "We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Could you please provide your order number so we can further assist you?" This tactic seems to boost their rating on the website. "Replied to 78% of negative reviews", yet they never provide any solutions. I've exchanged 17 emails with them, and I'm still stuck at square one. Every action they take only adds to the evidence that they are scams.
