It's another scam from Missacc It's another scam from Missacc! They respond to negative reviews with vague replies like "We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Could you please provide your order number so we can further assist you?" This tactic seems to boost their rating on the website. "Replied to 78% of negative reviews", yet they never provide any solutions. I've exchanged 17 emails with them, and I'm still stuck at square one. Every action they take only adds to the evidence that they are scams.

Excellent experience I ordered a dress for my daughter who needed one for a formal. The style was exactly what she wanted, dress came in 30 days and was exactly as pictured. We assumed we'd have to have alterations done, but the straps on the dress were adjustable so no alterations needed! My daughter was very happy!

Customer Service made it right I just ordered my wedding dress I hope its as beautiful as it looks but I am very disappointed that the home page showed discount codes but none of those discount codes or free shipping was applied to my purchase I am updating my review because I spoke with customer service at Missacc and they responded back within 24 hours and are refunding my discount to me.

Do not order from them!!! Do not order from them, its advertising is completely false, the dress was cheaply made, quality was not accurate and the images they use are not accurate to what they produce. They also claim to have a 'customized sizing' but it actually is not, they have pre set sizes that you need to choose from which is not customized - so it wont be your fit. then they proceed to say we do not accept returns, they also claim that they are based in the US but they are based in Hong Kong I bought a tea length wedding dress there and it arrived small/smashed package. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I am tried for days with back and forth to no avail, to get return information and to get my money back and they offered me a $35 refund so I’m out over $100 for something I will never be able to use!! 🤬
