Beautiful flowers but slow service The flowers I ordered came out great. Very nice colors and design. My girlfriend loves them! Only problem I had was that they took just under a month to receive due to being shipped from China and customer service is a bit slow. I take partial responsibility for ordering 2 weeks before christmas but the estimated date of arrival was for about 17 days and it took about 30. Was packed very well though with no breaks or scratches!

I cannot express how much I was… I cannot express how much I was impressed with the quality of product I received. The necklace was perfect and the presentation of the rose was just amazing. Put them together and it is such a beautiful piece and sohappy with my order. Thank you so much!!

I messed up on the shipping address and… I messed up on the shipping address and they corrected it for me. Great customer service

Ruined my Valentines Day I placed my order on February 1st in hopes that I would receive my items in time to combine them in a shipment with other gifts for my significant but unfortunately it’s been a week and I have no clarity on where the shipment is. Their email responses are just about as good as a robocall or automated support, now my Valentines Day surprise will be ruined and of course they don’t even care
