USEdited from 1 star to 5 Edited from 1 star to 5 Because of the poor service from my delivery guy the package was received broken. I was furious at first but Sophie handled the situation well. She sent me a replacement for free even though it wasn’t sparklyroses’s fault. Great customer service, did not leave me in the dark like other companies. I will be ordering from them again.

USI got the triple galaxy rose for the… I got the triple galaxy rose for the wife. She was in tears as soon as she got the gift. She loves roses of all kinds and shape. 10/10 recommended

NPDelivery On 4th of Feb, I wrote them if they can deliver me within 12 Feb, they responded positive and I ordered, I was constantly tracking and asking them the update, They told me sometimes the tracking lags and assured me on time delivery. Today is 12 Feb and from tomorrow I won't be in station and I will be travelling. The order is worthless!l because I did not receive it until now.

USRuined my Valentines Day I placed my order on February 1st in hopes that I would receive my items in time to combine them in a shipment with other gifts for my significant but unfortunately it’s been a week and I have no clarity on where the shipment is. Their email responses are just about as good as a robocall or automated support, now my Valentines Day surprise will be ruined and of course they don’t even care
