Only small issue would be packaging, the box was a lil bit beat up but i guess it's due to shipping. Nonetheless, would recommend and will shop more

I ordered a purple rose for my mum for… I ordered a purple rose for my mum for mothers day, purple is her favourite colour. I was so excited and so happy when it arrived so beautiful, however during delivery it was damaged so I contacted sparkly roses and without any hesitation they sent me another one. Beautiful flowers but slow service The flowers I ordered came out great. Very nice colors and design. My girlfriend loves them! Only problem I had was that they took just under a month to receive due to being shipped from China and customer service is a bit slow. I take partial responsibility for ordering 2 weeks before christmas but the estimated date of arrival was for about 17 days and it took about 30. Was packed very well though with no breaks or scratches!
