AUI ordered a purple rose for my mum for… I ordered a purple rose for my mum for mothers day, purple is her favourite colour. I was so excited and so happy when it arrived so beautiful, however during delivery it was damaged so I contacted sparkly roses and without any hesitation they sent me another one. It arrived today in perfect condition, my mum is going to love it. I cannot thank you enough, you guys are amazing. I will definitely be buying more in the future. Thankyou 🤗

GBNecklace in rose box took forever to… Necklace in rose box took forever to arrive, when it did it came without the necklace, blatant scam. I threatened a chargeback and their customer service refunded the order.

GBRuined my Valentines Day I placed my order on February 1st in hopes that I would receive my items in time to combine them in a shipment with other gifts for my significant but unfortunately it’s been a week and I have no clarity on where the shipment is. Their email responses are just about as good as a robocall or automated support, now my Valentines Day surprise will be ruined and of course they don’t even care

GBDefinitely not worth the hassle Definitely not worth the hassle. I received a broken item, I tried to ask for a refund and nothing has been done. Item was ordered with more than 2 weeks before Valentines as a gift. Horrible customer service.
