GBRuined my Valentines Day I placed my order on February 1st in hopes that I would receive my items in time to combine them in a shipment with other gifts for my significant but unfortunately it’s been a week and I have no clarity on where the shipment is. Their email responses are just about as good as a robocall or automated support, now my Valentines Day surprise will be ruined and of course they don’t even care

She sent me a replacement for free even though it wasn’t sparklyroses’s fault. Great customer service, did not leave me in the dark like other companies. I will be ordering from them again.

CADelivery and refund Order express delivery 3-5 days and arrived 12 days later. Would not give me refund when I got this for Valentine and it's waaaaay past Valentine. Also kept getting auto replies just like the ones below.

AEI was skeptical about ordering from… I was skeptical about ordering from them at first. Took my chance and ordered from them and I don't have any regrets about it. Looks beautiful and made my girlfriend happy. Sophie helped me out with the tracking. definitely recommend.
