She sent me a replacement for free even though it wasn’t sparklyroses’s fault. Great customer service, did not leave me in the dark like other companies. I will be ordering from them again.

Beautiful flowers but slow service The flowers I ordered came out great. Very nice colors and design. My girlfriend loves them! Only problem I had was that they took just under a month to receive due to being shipped from China and customer service is a bit slow. I take partial responsibility for ordering 2 weeks before christmas but the estimated date of arrival was for about 17 days and it took about 30. Was packed very well though with no breaks or scratches!

Scammers! The flower is plastic, the necklace doesn’t even come with it, paid for fasted delivery and it took 3 weeks for the package to come! Do not buy from this scammy website
