GBRuined my Valentines Day I placed my order on February 1st in hopes that I would receive my items in time to combine them in a shipment with other gifts for my significant but unfortunately it’s been a week and I have no clarity on where the shipment is. Their email responses are just about as good as a robocall or automated support, now my Valentines Day surprise will be ruined and of course they don’t even care

GBBeautiful flowers but slow service The flowers I ordered came out great. Very nice colors and design. My girlfriend loves them! Only problem I had was that they took just under a month to receive due to being shipped from China and customer service is a bit slow. I take partial responsibility for ordering 2 weeks before christmas but the estimated date of arrival was for about 17 days and it took about 30. Was packed very well though with no breaks or scratches!

GBEdited from 1 star to 5 Edited from 1 star to 5 Because of the poor service from my delivery guy the package was received broken. I was furious at first but Sophie handled the situation well. She sent me a replacement for free even though it wasn’t sparklyroses’s fault. Great customer service, did not leave me in the dark like other companies. I will be ordering from them again.

GBThis company completely screwed me This company completely screwed me. They took way past valentines to ship, then they sent the package to California, marked it as delivered, and kept telling me that their system says it’s delivered and to check again outside when I emailed for assistance, like I’m an idiot who didn’t already search outside high and low. I live in NEW YORK. Not CALIFORNIA. I didn’t care about it being late, I just cared about getting it. Now I’m out the money, and have no item which I paid for. NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. If the company sees this right now, save your BS copy and paste reply, contacting you does NOTHING.
