She sent me a replacement for free even though it wasn’t sparklyroses’s fault. Great customer service, did not leave me in the dark like other companies. I will be ordering from them again.

GBBeautiful flowers but slow service The flowers I ordered came out great. Very nice colors and design. My girlfriend loves them! Only problem I had was that they took just under a month to receive due to being shipped from China and customer service is a bit slow. I take partial responsibility for ordering 2 weeks before christmas but the estimated date of arrival was for about 17 days and it took about 30. Was packed very well though with no breaks or scratches!

GBI cannot express how much I was… I cannot express how much I was impressed with the quality of product I received. The necklace was perfect and the presentation of the rose was just amazing. Put them together and it is such a beautiful piece and sohappy with my order. Thank you so much!!

CAMy girlfriend really love the eternal… My girlfriend really love the eternal rose box with engraved necklace, she would've prefered it black, though.
