She sent me a replacement for free even though it wasn’t sparklyroses’s fault. Great customer service, did not leave me in the dark like other companies. I will be ordering from them again.

MUOrdered a limited edition rose for my future fiance From Mauritius. Ordered a limited edition rose for my future fiance. It was marvelous. Delivery time was quick. Only small issue would be packaging, the box was a lil bit beat up but i guess it's due to shipping. Nonetheless, would recommend and will shop more

AEThe company is unprofessional and possibly a scam The company is completely non responsive once the order is placed. I have placed an order on 31st of Jan with the promise of delivery between 7-12 days. So namely by the 12th of Feb. As per the tracking it has departured on the 4th of Feb from the US (if that's even true or just a fake/scam info). It's the 15th now and there is no delivery and no answer to inquiry into why it's delayed or when will it arrive. It was a valentine gift , but forget arriving on time I doubt it will even arrive at the way it's going so far.

CADelivery and refund Order express delivery 3-5 days and arrived 12 days later. Would not give me refund when I got this for Valentine and it's waaaaay past Valentine. Also kept getting auto replies just like the ones below.
