Necklace in rose box took forever to… Necklace in rose box took forever to arrive, when it did it came without the necklace, blatant scam. I threatened a chargeback and their customer service refunded the order.

SCAM company This is DEFINITELY a scam company. Ordered items for Valentines day several days in advance as they claimed delivery within 2-3 business days. More than 11 days later, I have received nothing. Their customer service is now refusing to cancel my order. If you had the same issue, please dispute it with your CC company. Avoid this company like the plague.

Definitely not worth the hassle Definitely not worth the hassle. I received a broken item, I tried to ask for a refund and nothing has been done. Item was ordered with more than 2 weeks before Valentines as a gift. Horrible customer service.
