AUI ordered a purple rose for my mum for… I ordered a purple rose for my mum for mothers day, purple is her favourite colour. I was so excited and so happy when it arrived so beautiful, however during delivery it was damaged so I contacted sparkly roses and without any hesitation they sent me another one. It arrived today in perfect condition, my mum is going to love it. I cannot thank you enough, you guys are amazing. I will definitely be buying more in the future. Thankyou 🤗

GBNecklace in rose box took forever to… Necklace in rose box took forever to arrive, when it did it came without the necklace, blatant scam. I threatened a chargeback and their customer service refunded the order.

GBSCAM company This is DEFINITELY a scam company. Ordered items for Valentines day several days in advance as they claimed delivery within 2-3 business days. More than 11 days later, I have received nothing. Their customer service is now refusing to cancel my order. If you had the same issue, please dispute it with your CC company. Avoid this company like the plague.

GBDefinitely not worth the hassle Definitely not worth the hassle. I received a broken item, I tried to ask for a refund and nothing has been done. Item was ordered with more than 2 weeks before Valentines as a gift. Horrible customer service.

MUOrdered a limited edition rose for my future fiance From Mauritius. Ordered a limited edition rose for my future fiance. It was marvelous. Delivery time was quick. Only small issue would be packaging, the box was a lil bit beat up but i guess it's due to shipping. Nonetheless, would recommend and will shop more
