I am very frustrated and disappointed… I am very frustrated and disappointed with this experience! I placed my order on November 28 thinking I would received it sooner! I tried tracking my order on the website but it asks for an order number which was never provided. I tried to contact the company and it took them a while to get back to me! Also the information they provided does not match what they say! According to the email I was supposed to receive it 2 weeks ago but the tracking information just says label created and it’s been like that for over 10 days! The dolls are made out of the country so be aware your item won’t be here in 2-4 weeks like the website says! Never again!

I sent a picture into Dollfy I sent a picture into Dollfy. I am a black man but when I received the doll they made me white. I asked could they redo the doll over with different skin color at least close to my skin color, Dollfy told me yes only if I pay more money for their mistake. 1st and last time I'll ever order anything from them. Waste of money. MY experience with Dollfy. Trash. Still can't see how you mess up a skin color and YOUR LOOKING AT A PICTURE.
