Deeply disappointed I was so excited to receive these dolls as they were a gift for Christmas. These dolls were supposed to be special tributes to the people that we’ve lost in the last couple years. Not only did they not arrive in time to be given as Christmas gifts, but the dolls were horrible. They were in terrible condition and looked nothing like the pictures sent. I was so appalled and could never give them as a gift. It would be so disrespectful with the way they looked. It was poor quality and I was highly disappointed.

Keep away and save your money! This company offers you a chance to preview the custom made doll for an additional fee, 25 dollars, in order to make changes if necessary. What they don't tell you up front is that when they send you the preview thru email, you have 24 hours to respond and then after that they will send the product assuming you approved if you don't respond. I received the preview email at 1:30 am but didn't see it till 2 days later when I received a notification thru the Shop app that my product had shipped. The doll did not look anything like the subject and needed to be corrected. When I contacted the company they said to send the doll back and they would make corrections. I received the doll and contacted the company to send the doll back and now I'm informed that it will take three months to correct it. But if I want it sooner I could give them another 30 dollars to expedite it. Why pay for a preview if the company is not going to wait for your approval? Then tell you that it'll be three months to get the doll corrected, unless you send more money. What a racket.

The Great Confusion Turned out great, took my mother a minute to realize that I didn't buy her a voodoo doll. Once that puzzle was together she went and bought a display case for it. She loves it

I am very frustrated and disappointed… I am very frustrated and disappointed with this experience! I placed my order on November 28 thinking I would received it sooner! I tried tracking my order on the website but it asks for an order number which was never provided. I tried to contact the company and it took them a while to get back to me! Also the information they provided does not match what they say! According to the email I was supposed to receive it 2 weeks ago but the tracking information just says label created and it’s been like that for over 10 days! The dolls are made out of the country so be aware your item won’t be here in 2-4 weeks like the website says! Never again!

Absolutely Amazing!! Absolutely Amazing! Having seen the advert on FB, I was a little hesitant on ordering and it being a high quality product. They superseded my expectations and my husband adores his gift! (Gifted from my 2 yr old daughter, it definitely pulled at his heart strings)
