Pros and Cons Pros: The doll itself was beautiful! I can’t take that from the company. Cons: Communication with the company was horrible. Left two voicemails at the customer service number which goes straight to voicemail. No one ever contacted me back. Leaving me in the dark for weeks. The personal card was received all bent. The card was thrown into the packaging without anything protecting it from damage. The company should be up front about where the doll is made prior to someone making a purchase. Just stating Wilmington, Delaware on the company site can mislead people. Was wanting to support a local company.

This was a last minute Father’s Day… This was a last minute Father’s Day gift and still got it in a fair amount of time. The doll was exactly what I asked for and they had no problem adding something for personalization. I recommend getting one, it’s cute!

So sad with this experience So sad with this experience! Ordered this gift well over a month ago for my mother who is grieving, in hopes that this gift would bring some solace around the holiday. Was told 2-3 weeks. Then emailed and asked if the gift would be arriving before Christmas with a response saying, “We recommend considering an alternative gift option to ensure you have something special to present on the day.” This was an expensive and sentimental gift that I now regret.

Love the dolls! Don't waste your money on the preview option though I came across this randomly and was very pleased with how they turned out. My wife loved it and placed them at her desk at work and gets compliments of how cute and unique they are. The work is amazing as is the quality. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I paid extra to get a preview of the dolls prior to shipping and I did not get a preview. A couple of weeks after placing the order, I just got a notification saying that they shipped. I didn't raise a stink about it but I would never pay for the preview if I make another purchase.
