GBGreat Customer Service I found an old certificate and sent an email to inquire if it was still good. Roy Paterson got back to me promptly, did some research, and found my certificate so I am able to use the gift amount. Roy was extremely pilot and so very helpful!

GBExcellent Customer Service I purchased an e-gift card through giverrang.com and had it sent directly to my sister who is a senior citizen. I received my receipt immediately, but in checking with her, the e-gift card wasn’t delivered yet. I contacted customer service via email late in the day on Christmas Eve and didn’t expect to hear back until Monday, December 26, but I got a response from Roy early on Christmas morning. He confirmed that the e-gift card had gone out to the correct address right after I’d ordered it. He also provided some options as to where it might have gone in her email folders. After three attempts (all on Christmas Day) at helping my sister locate it she was finally successful. (It was a case of user error!) I felt that Roy went above and beyond in helping my sister to locate her Christmas gift!

GBAbsolutely Pleased ❤️❤️ This past year I purchased my gift cards for Christmas Gifts. I gifted these to relatives in different states. They loved it !!! Everyone likes keeping spending in there community ❤️. There was only one exception, but this company responded quickly to me. And replaced the missing card to me at my request ❤️. Will be doing a lot more gift card shopping with them. 😊😊
