Product and quality is good, but... Product and quality is good. The one disappointment is that I received one upright pipe damage. There was a dent in one of the pole and it was hard to put it in or take out. I know that one of the pole was mail to me intentionally, because The carton and wrapping was in good condition, no holes on carton or carton crushed. I didn’t have enough time to mail the product back and get a replacement on time for my event so I end up keeping the dent upright pipe.

My items arrive quickly and I don't have any problems with accuracy of my order. My only slight issue is that some items on the website do not have complete measurements of the item. It makes it difficult if I need the item to fit in a certain container or area. I just ordered from this company and… I just ordered from this company and I'm shocked to see these reviews I seen another site and they stated they were good. I have not received my product as of yet, but this makes me very nervous. I normally stay with the same company, so I don't have to deal with hassles if anything may come damaged, which I only dealt with twice, but it was corrected immediately, but my client wanted these charger plates she seen from the website. fingers are cross will keep you updated.
