My items arrive quickly and I don't have any problems with accuracy of my order. My only slight issue is that some items on the website do not have complete measurements of the item. It makes it difficult if I need the item to fit in a certain container or area. Other than that, I highly recommend Event Décor Direct to event and wedding professionals to enhance their inventory and set themselves apart from the competition! Their products are all very high quality!

Not a good company Not a good company. The knowingly ship out defective merchandise and they also do not post bad product reviews on their website. I wrote a bad review about a product I received defective from them numerous times and the review never showed up on the site. Very dishonest company. Shipping is also very slow.

I have not received my product as of yet, but this makes me very nervous. I normally stay with the same company, so I don't have to deal with hassles if anything may come damaged, which I only dealt with twice, but it was corrected immediately, but my client wanted these charger plates she seen from the website. fingers are cross will keep you updated.
