Not a good company Not a good company. The knowingly ship out defective merchandise and they also do not post bad product reviews on their website. I wrote a bad review about a product I received defective from them numerous times and the review never showed up on the site. Very dishonest company. Shipping is also very slow.

Product and quality is good, but... Product and quality is good. The one disappointment is that I received one upright pipe damage. There was a dent in one of the pole and it was hard to put it in or take out. I know that one of the pole was mail to me intentionally, because The carton and wrapping was in good condition, no holes on carton or carton crushed. I didn’t have enough time to mail the product back and get a replacement on time for my event so I end up keeping the dent upright pipe.

Excellent customer service Update: after I returned the items, one of the staff member spoke with me and they resolved my issues. Now, that’s customer satisfaction at its best! I’m purchasing there again and I absolutely recommend event decor direct.

There is just no comparison with Event… There is just no comparison with Event Decor Direct and any other suppliers I have found out there. Quality is on par, top notch. They know what they are doing and the items have truly been catered to professionals in this industry. As they say you need the right products and they do have the right products. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
