Great Service I want to say with all the available sources to order products on line many are unbendable with returns or cancelations. Our designer, for my daughter's wedding, advised us that the product we had ordered would not work in the wedding space after we had placed our order from Event Decor Direct. As it was only 48 hours after we ordered, I quickly went on line and explained the situation and also sent an email. Within days I received a full refund! Not a good company Not a good company. The knowingly ship out defective merchandise and they also do not post bad product reviews on their website. I wrote a bad review about a product I received defective from them numerous times and the review never showed up on the site. Very dishonest company. Shipping is also very slow.

Everything from start to finish exceeded my expectations. The descriptions on line are very accurate and easy to understand. I used the live chat feature with great success. The material I bought exceeded my expectations and will work perfectly for what I have planned. This is my second year buying from Event Direct and I will not seek another vendor. I just ordered from this company and… I just ordered from this company and I'm shocked to see these reviews I seen another site and they stated they were good. I have not received my product as of yet, but this makes me very nervous. I normally stay with the same company, so I don't have to deal with hassles if anything may come damaged, which I only dealt with twice, but it was corrected immediately, but my client wanted these charger plates she seen from the website. fingers are cross will keep you updated.
