This is my second time ordering from… This is my second time ordering from EDD, and I am disappointed. I purchased a floral back drop , two bases, a cross bar, and one upright. I never received the netting and the pins were the wrong size. I was hoping this would be ready for a venue setup for the weekend. I will now have to refund and disappoint a customer. This backdrop set up is not a cheap purchase. Expected more professionalism from EDD. Customer service was contacted for urgent assistance and no response was heard. Not a happy experience with EDD

Product and quality is good, but... Product and quality is good. The one disappointment is that I received one upright pipe damage. There was a dent in one of the pole and it was hard to put it in or take out. I know that one of the pole was mail to me intentionally, because The carton and wrapping was in good condition, no holes on carton or carton crushed. I didn’t have enough time to mail the product back and get a replacement on time for my event so I end up keeping the dent upright pipe.
