My items arrive quickly and I don't have any problems with accuracy of my order. My only slight issue is that some items on the website do not have complete measurements of the item. It makes it difficult if I need the item to fit in a certain container or area. Other than that, I highly recommend Event Décor Direct to event and wedding professionals to enhance their inventory and set themselves apart from the competition! Their products are all very high quality!

Everything from start to finish exceeded my expectations. The descriptions on line are very accurate and easy to understand. I used the live chat feature with great success. The material I bought exceeded my expectations and will work perfectly for what I have planned. This is my second year buying from Event Direct and I will not seek another vendor. Also I am located in Florida as they are and the shipping is super duper fast.

Perfect over the Bed. Perfect over the Bed. It was perfect to hang over our bed in place of a chandelier. We had no electrical connection there, so I just added 3 flameless candles on a round craft mirror. I sprayed the sphere in silver leaf, and added some silver leaves and crystal berries for romantic bling.

Product and quality is good, but... Product and quality is good. The one disappointment is that I received one upright pipe damage. There was a dent in one of the pole and it was hard to put it in or take out. I know that one of the pole was mail to me intentionally, because The carton and wrapping was in good condition, no holes on carton or carton crushed. I didn’t have enough time to mail the product back and get a replacement on time for my event so I end up keeping the dent upright pipe.

Great Service I want to say with all the available sources to order products on line many are unbendable with returns or cancelations. Our designer, for my daughter's wedding, advised us that the product we had ordered would not work in the wedding space after we had placed our order from Event Decor Direct. As it was only 48 hours after we ordered, I quickly went on line and explained the situation and also sent an email. Within days I received a full refund!
