Great Service I want to say with all the available sources to order products on line many are unbendable with returns or cancelations. Our designer, for my daughter's wedding, advised us that the product we had ordered would not work in the wedding space after we had placed our order from Event Decor Direct. As it was only 48 hours after we ordered, I quickly went on line and explained the situation and also sent an email. Within days I received a full refund! My items arrive quickly and I don't have any problems with accuracy of my order. My only slight issue is that some items on the website do not have complete measurements of the item. It makes it difficult if I need the item to fit in a certain container or area. Other than that, I highly recommend Event Décor Direct to event and wedding professionals to enhance their inventory and set themselves apart from the competition!
