Not a good company Not a good company. The knowingly ship out defective merchandise and they also do not post bad product reviews on their website. I wrote a bad review about a product I received defective from them numerous times and the review never showed up on the site. Very dishonest company. Shipping is also very slow.

Product and quality is good, but... Product and quality is good. The one disappointment is that I received one upright pipe damage. There was a dent in one of the pole and it was hard to put it in or take out. I know that one of the pole was mail to me intentionally, because The carton and wrapping was in good condition, no holes on carton or carton crushed. I didn’t have enough time to mail the product back and get a replacement on time for my event so I end up keeping the dent upright pipe.

The customer service has been terrific… The customer service has been terrific - especially since I am from overseas and the time difference! The products I received were all brilliant, well packaged and all accounted for. I am more than happy to recommend Event Decor Direct to everybody Terry

I just ordered from this company and… I just ordered from this company and I'm shocked to see these reviews I seen another site and they stated they were good. I have not received my product as of yet, but this makes me very nervous. I normally stay with the same company, so I don't have to deal with hassles if anything may come damaged, which I only dealt with twice, but it was corrected immediately, but my client wanted these charger plates she seen from the website. fingers are cross will keep you updated.

Going above and beyond This company went above and beyond to make sure we can open our market on time, we were missing some parts and they overnighted the nesesary parts. I will definitely use again and refer to others.
