Highly recommended company - excellent service I ordered a print for my wife for our 25th anniversary and being your typical male, I pretty much left it to the last minute, but it did say if I ordered it that day it would arrive in time. I then received an email a few days later to say it would now be delayed which concerned me a little, so I reach out to Positive Prints who followed up for me. They were able to get it sorted but also provided me a digital copy to print out just in case it didn't arrive in time which was excellent. The entire time they remained helpful and accommodating and I am happy to say it arrived a few days earlier than my anniversary. Great product and service The final product is amazing and the support team is very helpful and replies quickly. I had an issue with the coordinates and the actual address I was trying to print on the map and they were very helpful and quick to support me in the resolution of my issue. Moon Photos I have bought three moon photos from Positive Prints. They are beautiful! The last photo I purchased and downloaded had a mistyped word. I contacted customer service, and I had a new edited version very quickly. Thank you Positive Prints!
