When ordering a canvas I put a note in… When ordering a canvas I put a note in explaining our situation and asking if it all possible the order arrive by my parents anniversary. My mother has not been well and we were hoping this special gift would arrive for their 65th wedding anniversary. Since it was outside even the expedited window of delivery I did not expect it to happen. But on the day of their anniversary it arrived by FedEx! This is customer service beyond what I have ever experienced. This truly made the day special and I am forever grateful!

Since my last review I miraculously… Since my last review I miraculously received my order a long time after it was due. Missed Father’s Day completely. Although the company have asked if I would remove my previous review (with a discount code incentive, which I decline) I’m instead writing this. The email address is still fake on their site as was the tracking code. I would not use this company again and do not trust it.

Perfection! My husband wrote me a song and on our 2nd anniversary, I got the chance to present him with the lyrics and a beautiful picture of us on our wedding day! Family Panda did an absolutely beautiful job in putting it all together in a beautiful display that we will be so happy to show off when guests come over. It was perfect! Thank you for delivering it in a timely fashion in such a way that there was no damage!

It’s a scam It’s a scam. Product should arrive a few days ago, they still didn’t send anything and they ignore the customer, saying that they can only accept the complaint if the product does not arrive after another week. Thieves and Scammers! I recommend to avoid any shopping through this website!

Amazing products Amazing products! I ordered but the picture I originally sent in wasnt good, so I reached out to cancel my order. Family Panda replied with in 1 day & asked me to resend the picture. They were emailing me & staying in touch the entire process. I was very greatful that they allowed me to change my picture. It's a beautiful canvas & I'm so happy with my product & I'll use them again!
