GBPerfection! My husband wrote me a song and on our 2nd anniversary, I got the chance to present him with the lyrics and a beautiful picture of us on our wedding day! Family Panda did an absolutely beautiful job in putting it all together in a beautiful display that we will be so happy to show off when guests come over. It was perfect! Thank you for delivering it in a timely fashion in such a way that there was no damage!

GBExcellent customer service My order ended up slightly delayed. They communicated with me through the entire process and sent me a second when the first was possibly “lost.” I never even had to reach out to them they contacted me first. Which was so nice. I hate having to track down orders, and then track down someone from customer service. I ended up getting both packages. They were great quality, which I wasn’t really expecting since the price was so reasonable. I will definitely be ordering from family panda in the future.

AUOrder long time waiting for delivery I ordered a cup from Family Panda on 28 July 2021. The customer service via email has been fantastic. They have responded very quickly to my questions. The main problem is that the cup has still not arrived and according to the tracking information Australia Post says it is still in the air and DHL say it has arrived in Australia on Sunday 8 August. Very confusing and still don't know when I should receive the product.

GBAbsolutely awful company Absolutely awful company. Ordered Dec 1 and still no item. They gave me a fake tracking number which never worked then proceeded to tell me they would begin shipping in a few days. It’s now Dec 21 and no christmas present. IM LIVID! Phone number doesn’t work either. Use a different company. Will be disputing with my bank. Scammers around the holidays are disgusting people.

I haven’t heard anything about shipping/ tracking just emails confirming you all received my money, and that you’ll give me 15% off my next order.
