Family Panda replied with in 1 day & asked me to resend the picture. They were emailing me & staying in touch the entire process. I was very greatful that they allowed me to change my picture. It's a beautiful canvas & I'm so happy with my product & I'll use them again!

GBMasterpiece I order a canvas, pillow and two mugs from Family Panda. My order arrived in good timing. Everything was absolutely perfect. Beautiful pictures and I would highly recommend them. I needed a wedding gift and I believe this is more than perfect.

AUOrder long time waiting for delivery I ordered a cup from Family Panda on 28 July 2021. The customer service via email has been fantastic. They have responded very quickly to my questions. The main problem is that the cup has still not arrived and according to the tracking information Australia Post says it is still in the air and DHL say it has arrived in Australia on Sunday 8 August. Very confusing and still don't know when I should receive the product.

GBHow well the company is doing The company is doing so well, they respond to emails and do there best with everything you ask them to do. I couldn’t imagine how much more they could do for everyone involved in this business. I just wanna say thank you to everyone in this company.

GBNo replies to emails, poor customer service I placed an order on 10/29. Have emailed them several times to find out when it will ship. They have not replied to any of my emails. How can you run a business without customer service?? This is a gift for my parents 50th anniversary which is on 11/10. They have provided no indication as to when it will arrive and no response. Plus they have no # to reach them.
