Excellent customer service My order ended up slightly delayed. They communicated with me through the entire process and sent me a second when the first was possibly “lost.” I never even had to reach out to them they contacted me first. Which was so nice. I hate having to track down orders, and then track down someone from customer service. I ended up getting both packages. They were great quality, which I wasn’t really expecting since the price was so reasonable. I will definitely be ordering from family panda in the future.

I was nervous at first because the background picture I sent was a little blurry, but you all fixed it. She sent me a picture and it was so beautiful, more than I expected. Exceeded Expectation Exceeded Expectation! Arrived yesterday, and found it very beautiful and nicely done. This will be the unexpected (not on baby registrar) gift for my DIL for Mother's Day. I'm feeling very clever right now. (Grin!) SURPRISE!

When ordering a canvas I put a note in… When ordering a canvas I put a note in explaining our situation and asking if it all possible the order arrive by my parents anniversary. My mother has not been well and we were hoping this special gift would arrive for their 65th wedding anniversary. Since it was outside even the expedited window of delivery I did not expect it to happen. But on the day of their anniversary it arrived by FedEx! This is customer service beyond what I have ever experienced. This truly made the day special and I am forever grateful!
