Confusion I started my first purchase on Dec 6 and the anger and confusion this company has put me through is so profound. It started out great with the Lauren handling all my updates towards the changes on my cartoon proof and communication was so well, but now i can barely contact her and i feel so shun. I always have to ask for any update and she would respond through her email but once i reply to her email. I would again be ignored for a week or so until I ask again through the customer service website. I finally gotten tried and just approved the last cartoon design. Hopefully my partner loves it.

Best choice for custom cartoon designs! This is a brilliant company! Their artwork was so incredible and really took into account the photos and requests sent! It looks exactly how I wanted it to look. I only had a few revisions to request after the first design but they listened and created exactly what I had imagined. Their customer service was really great, with quick responses on their chat functions whenever I had questions and emails to confirm every step on the way. Design was quick and postage and printing arrived exactly when it was expected. Thanks so much Kustom Gifts for your hard work!

Horrible Horrible. They sent a proof that needed a couple of changes. After a few days, I emailed customer service. Two weeks later I FINALLY heard back and was told they'd already sent it, but they would be happy to resend it. Its been another two weeks, and nothing.

Rick and Morty personalized gift My experience with the Kustom Gifts' team was amazing! I wanted to give a special gift for my boyfriend in our 4th year anniversary and they totally nailed it! I asked for a personalized motorbike (my boyfriend's bike) and they add so much detail, it turned out just like the one in real life, he loved that. I also asked for several details and changes and the communication was always so nice and helping. I would definitely recommend if you want to surprise someone with their favorite cartoon show.
