Kustom Gifts' artists did an amazing job and truly captured my parents' personalities in the drawing. The quality of the drawing was fantastic, and it printed beautifully. Kustom Gifts gladly made a few, small edits/additions (e.g., added flowers). The process was super easy, and Kustom Gifts was great to work with. I highly recommend their work! But they listened to everything I said, it came out so perfect I didnt have to ask for any corrections. I think my boyfriend loved it! And it’s the background on my phone. Perfect Anniversary Gift! Everything took a bit longer than anticipated, I imagine because they are in such high demand. I didn't receive my cartoon on canvas till about a month after ordering, however the comic itself was perfect and even better than what I pictured in my mind! They are truly amazing artists and makes such a wonderful gift for my anniversary! My husband loves it, it was definitely worth the wait!

Confusion I started my first purchase on Dec 6 and the anger and confusion this company has put me through is so profound. It started out great with the Lauren handling all my updates towards the changes on my cartoon proof and communication was so well, but now i can barely contact her and i feel so shun. I always have to ask for any update and she would respond through her email but once i reply to her email. I would again be ignored for a week or so until I ask again through the customer service website. I finally gotten tried and just approved the last cartoon design. Hopefully my partner loves it.

Yaaaaaassssss I randomly found this online one day and decided to give it a try. Best decision ever! They absolutely nailed the drawing, I couldn't have been happier. I asked for one small change, and it was done right away. Absolutely recommend, its going to be the best Christmas gift yet 😁
